Warranty and warranty obligations

Important!

Only the “Paton” service center and its authorized partners are allowed to fulfill warranty obligations. Please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product for service. If this is not possible, send us a request and we will try to help you.

Exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will accept the product if it shows no signs of use, all комплектation is preserved, and the packaging and factory markings remain intact.

We provide warranty service for all products. The warranty period is specified in the product passport/manual and is usually 12 months from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt or delivery note to speed up the product acceptance process at the service center.
