General Provisions
The website "https://paton.ua/" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned by PATON INTERNATIONAL LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We").
The Company respects the confidential (personal) information of all Website users without exception, as well as those who use the Website’s services. Therefore, we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual, by which the user is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Website’s services for each user.
Types of Processed Personal Data
When a user utilizes the Website’s services, the Company processes the following user data:

User’s IP address;
Parameters and settings of internet browsers (User-agent).

Additionally, when visiting the Website, the Company records all user logins to the system. Other information about user behavior on the Internet is not processed or stored by the Company.
Please note that the Company collects the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the personal data subject.
The Company does not collect information for which the law establishes specific requirements for processing, such as data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
Processing of Personal Data
The processing and storage of personal data provided by the user is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Website’s services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or in a separate table of the Website’s Database.
