The Paton service center provides diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of welding equipment. We handle both warranty and post-warranty cases using original components and following the manufacturer’s technical standards.
For diagnostics or repair, the equipment should be provided in complete condition if possible, including components that may be important for testing. We also recommend briefly describing the issue or the conditions under which it occurs.
Equipment is accepted in clean condition and with a clearly identifiable serial number. Upon handover, a service request is created with contact details and a description of the issue
Repair time depends on the complexity of the issue and the availability of necessary components. After diagnostics, our specialists will provide estimated completion times.
Paid repairs may apply in cases of mechanical damage, violation of operating conditions, unauthorized modifications to the equipment, or expiration of the warranty period. The final decision is made after diagnostics.
